Spring 2020

COVID-19 update

Graphic with text: We open June 1. Find out how to plan your visit.

Good news! Starting June 1, some operations will gradually resume at certain Parks Canada places. You will soon be able to enjoy some trails, day use areas, green spaces, and some access for recreational boating.

All camping facilities remain closed until at least June 21, while Parks Canada assesses whether and how these services might resume.

Opening dates, visitor access and services will vary across the country depending on the measures in place in each province and territory. Visit our website regularly for the latest COVID-19-related information.

Keep in mind that your upcoming visit will be different than in past seasons. Plan ahead and be prepared!
